New browser is unusable. Pages load very slow. Hovering over links takes a several seconds to become clickable.

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here...

the firefox update to version 60.0.1 that just got released should fix this problem.
