I had a interrupt page pop up with a loud alarm sound asking for my log in or to call 8552481332, this appears to be a scam?
The pop up page was brite red and a very loud buzz gong, only way to silence it was to exit Firefox I called the above number and the answering person said he was with Microsoft, just didn't legitimate

Such intrusions are always a scam and you should not respond. Try to close the tab via a middle-click with the mouse wheel on the tab on the Tab bar.
. Whenever you get a message / popup like that;
DO NOT USE ANY OF THE PROVIDED LINKS OR ANY PHONE NUMBERS ! !
Such messages are only Spam that could lead you to Fake Support. Not only can they damage or hack your system, they charge you to do so.
