Not printing Mozilla (does in other browsers)

not printing in mozilla but does from other browsers and applications.

Tried everything in this page (checked firefox page settings, checked other browsers and printers, reset firefox printer setting, reset all firefox printer settings, changed the default font) https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox

There was another site that mentioned about editing the "prefs" js file. It mentioned about lines that started with "print _ ". No lines started with that. There were some lines with "print_" within it but nothing else.

we've also unistalled and reinstalled browser which works for a day and goes back to this issue.

Other suggestions?

hi, what kind of problem do you have exactly when trying to print something - an error message, no reaction at all, a wrong output?

It's an error message.

The message is "An error occurred while printing" and the printer prints a white page.

It is a windows 7 professional OS

thank you, can you please try updating to firefox 54.0 which was released in the past hours and may contain a fix for this problem (Bug 1336657). can you still reproduce this afterwards?

Update Firefox to the latest release
