Would you try this please :

Type in the address bar   about:config (promise to be careful, if asked) Type and look for the preference : toolkit.startup.max_resumed_crashes and set it's vaue to   -1   (minus one)

Unfortunately that didn't work :(

You can't disable Safe Mode using the Shift key when you start Firefox. Setting the preference to minus one in about:config only disables the dialog that shows up after a crash. It's not what you want, I know   .......

Aww man so what are businesses meant to do when they don't want their employees playing around with the settings? I'm talking about the small companies here. I appreciate you taking the time to get back to me and trying to help me out, thank you.
