Firefox now denies file upload to forum of 214Kb yet 94Kb works

I have used a CAD forum for many years and frequently upload the cad files to gain help, today a very small 214Kb refused to upload, rotating grey arrow forever until hit cancel, reboot pc try again fail, try for a 32Kb file success, then a 94Kb, try the 214kb fail.

Try Internet Explorer, after having to log in and allow access to my email and personal details, upload and instant success.

Try firefox again and fails.

Clearly Firefox at fault yet always used Firefox for this forum .

If this is 49.0.2 acting up, How do I revert to previous version ?

Does it work with a clean profile? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

If not, could you provide the forum URL and the file to upload, so we can test ourself if we are able to reproduce the issue too.
