I send an email to 20 email recipients by TB and one of them does not receive my email. then I sent it with another email-program (German t-online) and the one recipient got it too.

Do you get any error message? Once the message has been sent from your computer, it's beyond your control whether it's received by the intended recipient or not.

Does the recipient get any error?

Did you have the recipient check his or her spam folder?
