I have flashbeats and I tried refreshing firefox and i still have it

All of a sudden I've been getting pop ups when im using the computer and somehow flashbeat was installed or something but its not in the uninstall a program i refreshed firefox didnt work i downloaded firefox didnt work. I just want a brand new firefox but it wont let me. i just want to wipe everything and start fresh
