Thunderbird very slow start. White window and 10sec waiting.

Welcome. I have a problem with Thunderbird. I updated to the latest version, and since then the bird starts very slowly. When you click the screen goes white and about 8-10 seconds later appears in the menu. The only thing I found in the messages:

The problem arose after the update. Removal and re-installation, unfortunately, it does not solve.

Do you see the problem if you have started thunderbird in safe mode? See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode
