After changing my Thunderbird Windows 10 password 3 weeks ago my S23 no longer gets emails. Why.

For many years I have been using my Windows 10 with Thunderbird and a cell phone. Something happened when I updated Thunderbird on my laptop three few weeks ago. No emails go to my S23. Can someone please help me? I downloaded current Thunderbird version to my laptop. Problem might be being asked by Micros for my account email and password going back many years and I have not clue what it is. There is a chance Microsoft as blocked me from changing though I have no clue how to restart with them. April will be 3 years since I purchased my S23 and everything was good prior to me changing my Thunderbird password. Please help me.

I've responded to you on a number of prior support requests with guidance and a steer on the actions you need to take and the information you need in order to add your account within the app.

You need to clearly understand.

  1. Which email account you want added to the app.
  2. The email address of the account.
  3. The email account's password.

Once you have that information and confirmed a working account password, the community can guide you to setup the app. Recovering your email account password is outside the scope of support for this platform.

Have you used your email provider's tools such as recovery email address or security questions to reset your account password?

Do you have a family member or friend with some technical experience who can directly assist you?
