When I delete an email from my phone it is also deleted from my PC. This is not the way that I would like it to work. I would like to delete from my PC which would then delete it from other devices. I have not been able to find an answer to this question in the forum. Please can anyone help. Thank you.

I am not sure of your question. If you have your email account set up as IMAP (which is most common), then the email actions taken on any device will sync to all your other devices. So, if you delete an email on any device, it will delete on all other devices. This is so you can go from device to device and seamlessly pick up where you left off on another device.
