how do i add a new bookmark to an established bookmarks folder

Before Quantum, when I bookmarked a page, the bookmarks 'choose' would bring up a list to chose from. Such as 'menus', 'recipes', 'political', medical, 'computer' and a few others that I use the most. Now, it's only the basic Bookmarks toolbar', Toolbar Menu', 'Other toolbar' and 'Choose'. Now, when I click 'Choose', it only brings up 'Other bookmarks'. Below that, 'Folder'. I don't want to make a 'new' folder as I already have those folders in my bookmarks. I hope I'm explaining this OK and that someone can help me with this.

Are your bookmarks and folders present in the Bookmarks menu or in Library?
