QUOTE "Also there is no 64-bit version for Windows and 32-bit versions works anyways."
that would be a deeply bias and irrelevant answer considering the question, not to mention a blatant lie.
google search for:
Firefox nightly builds
the nightly builds are alpha builds and should be used with caution.

It is not a lie, just you being a bit uninformed. There are No officially supported 64-bit Windows builds yet as those Nightly builds you mention are mainly for the purpose of breakage testing as it is possible for the 64-bit builds to break without breaking the Official win 32-bit builds. It was only on Linux that there were 64-bit builds for a good while long before Firefox 4.0 release and their purpose was for to help discover breakage then.
The Windows 64-bit builds are also only Tier 2 (not Tier 1 like regular release builds) so they are not a priority to get working again should something break or a server for them goes down. https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Supported_build_configurations
The Nightly channel is not tied to any one version of Firefox and they are not close to being release quality and are not meant for regular Firefox users but for devs and Testers. Also note the Nightly channel gets a update patch each day and sometimes twice.
There is no planned release version that will have 64-bit builds (windows) yet as there is some work to do still. For reading see: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=558448
EDIT: The earliest Firefox release to have a 64-bit version (on Windows) may be Firefox 12.

Builders are ready to go. Tests are green. Perf numbers look good. Client side updater requirements are done.
