when entering my email address to access it Firefox does not autofill. It does on my wife's computer. Fix????

Some websites won't let Firefox save what you type in the form. It could also be that your Firefox settings were changed. See Firefox doesn't save web form entries for some troubleshooting steps.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
