The easiest way is to use Firefox Sync: sign in with the same Mozilla account in Firefox on both laptops, and your bookmarks will carry over automatically. If you would rather do it manually, open the Library from the three-line menu, choose Bookmarks and then Manage bookmarks, use Import and Backup to export your bookmarks to an HTML file, and import that file on the second laptop. Sync is the better choice if you want both laptops to stay in sync going forward.
