am a senior and need to talk to someone about not being able to open certain important websites - like for my credit card. Most other website cause me nor problems. At 82, and with poor eyesight, the articles are just mumble/jumble to me.

Sadly Firefox often updates security vulnerabilities before banks do.

Can you not get to the site or not log in.

You can post the address of the site to see if it is a general issue.
