If you just want to remove specific parts of the new version, you can try disabling features through about: config or removing add-ons you don’t need. Another option is to install an older ESR (Extended Support Release) version. It keeps the classic interface and stays stable without new UI changes. Make sure to back up your bookmarks and profile before switching.
