There is just a blank screen, with the dot moving back and forth in the menu bar ... I wouldn't start a new question, as long as the former hasn't been answered or resolved - we'll just have a lot of the same problems.

So, as you said, you are facing a different issue. For you, the website does not load, while the OP experienced an issue with logging in. Our rules and guidelines require asking a new question in such a case.
