Firefox for Android has a collection feature, which allows the user to save pages to read later. I hope this feature could be available on Firefox desktop.

Have you checked out Tab groups in Firefox and Bookmarks in Firefox?

Yes, I have. The feature is different from bookmarks - you can try it on Firefox for Android.
