URL high lighting
Is there a way to make the URL high lighting of the domain more obvious? I find that most people can barely see the highlighting and I'd like to make it obvious (bolder and red, or highlighted in yellow, for instance.)
Can this be done via userchrome.css?
Thanks,
Thane

What exactly do you mean by URL highlighting? You need to provide screenshot of what your asking as this is a user browser help forum. As to what userChrome.css can do this or does this is up to the user to search the internet for userChrome.css sites and ask those sites for those customization feature. Firefox browser comes as default and it's up to the user to change or modify their Firefox browser with 3rd party software or userChrome.css edits.
I'm referring to the way the domain is bolded in the URL bar at the top of Firefox. If you look, you'll notice the domain is slightly darker than the rest of the URL. I was looking for a way to make that more noticeable to make it easier for people to detect fake or phishing sites.
If it isn't an option in Firefox, I know Firefox can be customized via usechrome.css, so I mentioned that.

Then that is a userChrome.css edit and not default from Firefox browser.
What? No, the bolded/highlighted domain name is a feature in Firefox for some time now. I just wanted to make it more highlighted. I was hoping it was an option. I only mentioned userchrome.css in case that was the only way to do it and someone had an suggestion on how to do it there.

How exactly does that work? Ideally said site would not be reached with effective filtering and/or security software. If you see the bold highlight, its probably too late. And BTW, how are you telling if a url is a phish to begin with?

It is? I've never noticed or heard of such thing. Can you maybe embellish? There are usually settings with your de/wm whereby you can set colors and fonts to your needs.
