There is no recovery key or code for the Primary Password if that password is what you mean. The recovery key is for connecting to the Sync server if you have forgotten the password for the Mozilla Account.

If you forgot the Primary Password then your only option is to reset the PP, but you lose all passwords currently stored in the Password Manager.
