Please turn off Developer Tools to access Internet Netbanking.
Dear Concerned,
I'm trying to open an Internet Banking site of a reputed Bank of Bangladesh (https://www.citytouch.com.bd/), where the page opens for a second, but immediately switches on to a Blank Page with a comment like "Please turn off Developer Tools to access Internet Netbanking". However, the same site is accessible in Chrome and other Browsers without any problems. More so, I also can access the same site while browsing Firefox at my android with ease.
I tried all the available solutions from the net, but my efforts went in vain.
Thus, it would be kind if I get an advise to get rid of this problem.

Dear Dropa,
I also can brows the same site with chrome and other Browsers in my Home & Office PC, but not with Firefox. I can brows the same site even with Firefox in my android. But, in my Home & Office PC when I put the link like (https://www.citytouch.com.bd/) in my Firefox browser, it opens for a while then automatically and immediately shifts to the link like (https://www.citytouch.com.bd/CityBank/deverror?h=www.citytouch.com.bd) (Screenshot attached)...??? I've even reinstalled the windows, but problem remains same.
Not to mention, previously I also could brows the site with my same PC, but for the last 06 months or so I cannot...!!!
Thanks, for understanding.
Regards,
Major Sakir Ahmed (Retd)
Hello,
Try Firefox Troubleshoot Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Troubleshoot Mode (previously known as Firefox Safe Mode) is a special diagnostic mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, disables add-ons (extensions and themes) and resets some settings. See the Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode article for details.
If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Troubleshoot Mode from the Help menu:
- Click the menu button , click Help, select Troubleshoot Mode and click Restart in the "Restart Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode?" dialog that opens.
When the Firefox Troubleshoot Mode window appears, select "Open".
If the issue is not present in Firefox Troubleshoot Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension. Please follow the steps in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause.
To exit Firefox Troubleshoot Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again. (If you can't exit Firefox Troubleshoot Mode, please see Firefox is stuck in Troubleshoot Mode).
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help others with the same problem.
Dear TyDraniu,
I tried with the Firefox Troubleshoot Mode, but the problem remains the same...!!!
