Mcafee web advisor
I have Windows 11 and I can't get Mcafee Web Advisor added onto Firefox add-ons. When I download the Web Advisor from Mcafee website and I try to open the file I get a message that says the file is corrupt. I'm elderly and need simple instructions on how to get this added onto my Firefox.

That may be caused by security software. ESET was a recent culprit. You have to disable the software or add mozilla. org to its trusted list. Updating the security software may also fix the issue.
This did not solve my problem since I don’t have ESET.
