i use firefox so many years ..first time i can't get rid off that virus ....This is sooooo bad,,, whyyyyyyyy? Are you so uncapable? i tried everything but firefox is so bad that even if i format the disk in few days it's the same like before.....can't you do something?/

Reformatting the hard disk is pretty drastic. Of course what do you put on it once reformatted ? Possibly a virus riddled image of what you just took off !
