My original 'Display name' here in Mozilla forums has always been 'Palebushman' but for reasons un-be-known to me, I am unable to use those login credentials for that account any more. For all my efforts in trying, there does not seem to be any help available from Mozilla either. (There is no central email address for Mozilla technical support volunteers) Unfortunate but logical. In order to write this plea for help, I have had to 'Register' with a different username and credentials. The reset email from notifications@support.mozilla.org tell me the account is activated but don't tell me where to go to re-set my password, which is what appears to be the problem to start with! Of all the years with my beloved Firefox and Thunderbird, this is the only time I have had a problem that has not been instantly resolved by our community. NB: This problem has nothing to do with Firefox/Thunderbird passwords data/storage, they work fine.

You can post a thread in the Contributors forum to ask an Administrator to look into it.

Add [ATTN: Admin] in front of the subject title to get the attention of a forum Administrator.
