How do I receive my 30 day refund?
Hello I hope you can help me. I signed up for the Mozilla VPN yesterday but have decided to end it. It is within the 30 day refund window. How do I receive my refund please? I did cancel it under the cancellation button but it did not offer my refund. It said I had the service for the remainder of the year but will not renew at the next renewal date.
The reason I am cancelling is because when trying to access youtube, google says I have to sign into a google account where before I did not have to do that. I canceled my google account years ago and am a avid firefox user. thank you for your time.
I also downloaded the app to my phone and may have signed in that way as well. Thanks.

Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium products. In order to get premium support from a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link.
