Hi I'm wondering what people think about emails providing links for donations. If the email address is spoofed and the link is malicious were in trouble. So, assuming the email I received today was from Mozilla (and not a spoofed email address, shouldn't Mozilla ask us to visit it's webpage to make a donation rather than email us a link? Regards

dear alan127, can you sent me a photo of the email that they sent to you.

Thanks Logan The photo (screenshot) has personal information (e.g. email address) so I would rather not. The sender's email address appears to be legitimate i.e. mozilla@eml.mozilla.org but could it be spoofed? The email is dated 7 June 2025. The text starts off "Mozilla has always fought for an open, accessible internet that puts people in control of what happens online", and carries on at great length. So, has Mozilla actually sent such emails recently, and shouldn't organisations ask us to visit their webpages to make donations rather than email us links?
