No more mobile phone notifications since installing Thunderbird 115.7.0 64bit

Hi,

I have a Gmail account and use the web browser version on my windows 10 laptop and the Android Gmail app on my Samsung S22 android phone. Prior to installing Thunderbird v115.7.0 (note I did not have an earlier version installed), the notifications would appear on both windows and the phone. Since installing Thunderbird on the laptop I do not get notifications on the phone. I have to open Gmail on the phone to see if there are new email message.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Since this is not a Thunderbird issue, you may do better with a web search on 'gmail phone notification'
