Collections/account recovery
I recently upgraded my Phone and now using Android 12. I logged into my Mozilla account using my email address successfully so it seems but now my saved collections have disappeared..What's interesting is that now when I look and my profile ID it shows a different user name. What can I do to recover my account etc ? Not sure what the issue is here.

It will not be possible to access your previously saved Collections in Firefox on a desktop computer.
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. It is currently not possible to sync collections to another device from Firefox for Android.
Thanks for your reply. Well I find that to be completely ridiculous. Does Mozilla think that their users keep the same device forever? I sure hope that the desktop version has access
