I can access my Firefox account but I cannot log in to VPN although I use the same email and password used for Firefox account log in. I have downloaded SetupVPN but it fails to connect/log in. Thanks in advance for your help.

This sounds like it's probably an issue that you will need to have resolved through your VPN provider directly.
