my Firefox account is locked how to unlock it ?

i tried to sign to my Firefox account i put the password correctly , they send me conformation code to my email but my email was blocked as it hasn't been used for long time , i reactivate it ,i tried to sign again to my Firefox account but they told me its locked as there conformation email was sent back ,so how to unlock it pleas  ?

hi moh_alkhteeb, if your mail account is active again you should try to sign into your firefox account again after 24 hours have passed. then the lock will most likely have been lifted.

I waited for far more than 24 hours, but the lock has not been lifted. How to proceed now?

does the email address exist and can it receive incoming mails ithout issue? if so, please file a bug at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Cloud%20Services&component=Server:%20Firefox%20Accounts&format=__default__ if the lock doesn't get lifted automatically.
