All downloads failing instantly only on Firefox

All downloads fail instantly even after uninstalling, deleting, and purging data on my computer. I've gone through safe mode, disabeling any and all programs related to antivirus and connection (PIA and Malwarebytes) and not a single file will even start to dowload. They fail and end up as corrupted clutter in my Download folder.

PS: The only way I was able to reinstall was via Chrome. Its only a problem on Firefox.

Note that Firefox 69.0.3, just released, comes with a fix for this issue.
