I can't print "selections only" on my MAC. what can I do?

When I go to print anything, and I want to print only the selected text, that option is never available. It is greyed out on the print page. How can I get back the option of printing "selection only"?

I also have this problem on my IMAC - It happens "Every time" there is a new firefox update. All my printer settings get messed up and the "Print Selection Only" is grayed out and can not be used. Usually I do a "Refresh" and it fixes it but with this latest update nothing seems to work! I love using Firefox but This is so very frustrating - Is this every going to be fixed?

Try to reset print prefs on the about:config page.

I uploaded an "add on" which finally seems to have solved my problem "Printed Selected Text" 0.4.3 Legacy by Leszek Zyczkowski
