Wait... are you really trying to use the very ancient Phoenix 0.1 from September 2002 to browse Youtube?

For those who do not know, the browser you know as Firefox was called Phoenix from 0.1 to 0.5 then named as Firebird for 0.6, 0.6.1, 0.6.2, 0.6.3, 0.7 and then renamed as Firefox from 0.8 to present. The renaming was due to Phoenix (bios) and Firebird sql having it first. Yet many sites incorrectly states Firefox was released as 1.0 in November 2004, over two years later.

At least try to use Firefox 3.6.28 from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-older.html

You say your computer crashes when you try to use a more current version, well the crashes are not caused by the browser but rather due to older graphics/video drivers, or hardware issues to name a couple common causes.

it said "Firefox Phoeinx 0.1"

The browser was not not called Firefox (or Mozilla Firefox) until it hit version 0.8 as I posted.

The crashes are very likely due to hardware or drivers (especially if old) or Plugins even.
