Please do not worry. Those files are required for Firefox to work normally. It is not possible to erase these and use Firefox at the same time.

If you always start Firefox in private browsing mode, nothing is saved to those files. They are locked from being written to.

Also if you have installed addons that's one of the areas where they are installed to.
