"Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks" has been renamed to "Show All Bookmarks" in Firefox 4 and later.

Thank you... makes sense. However then, how do I sort my bookmarks, say in alphabetical order or by some other way? I know how to make and use folders. Thanks again
