How do I turn on the notification for pop-up blocker?

The gray bar identifying that a pop-up window had been blocked came up, and where I intended to click to allow me to see it, instead I clicked the option saying "do not show this notification again." I want to see the notification so I have the option of seeing the pop-up or not, but don't know how to turn this back on.

Type "about:config" in the location bar. Filter for "privacy.popups.showBrowserMessage" Change this to true by double clicking the preference (or right click and choose Reset)

You will see an pop-up blocked icon on the location bar (right end) if a pop-up is blocked and the bar is hidden.
