Restored session loses back\forward history and some tabs become blank tabs

Sometimes when restoring my sessions, not all tabs are restored - some restore as blank "new tabs"

Also, for the tabs that do restore, the back-forward button history is gone.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
