There is a black line running through the delete, reply, forward button at the top of the at&t email page. It does not allow me to select any option. The email works fine in Internet Explorer. Please help get my email options back.

Try running Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.

Tried that. The problem was still there in safe mode. Any other ideas? Thanks for the suggestion though.
