i lost all of my toolbar, including address & buttons - nothing to click on to restore them

i lost all the tools bars, including the address bar, buttons, everything the only thing there is the blue strip that says mozilla firefox, nothing to click on to restore them

i opend firefox

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
