Hi, what kind of error message are you getting?

For malware and phishing warnings, there should be a link to proceed anyway. See: How does built-in Phishing and Malware Protection work?

For some kinds of site certificate problems, there is an Advanced button on the error page allowing you to find more information about and if you deem it safe to bypass the warning.

For other connection problems, it's not possible to connect. This article could help diagnose the problem: Troubleshoot security error codes on secure websites.

Is the problem one of those things? If not, please describe the problem in more detail.

Is this on a government website in India? as there are many *.gov.in and other such pages that have been affected by certifications that are no longer good due to a certificates company in India going out of business on Oct 22.

Otherwise nobody here is a mind reader so you need to give more details on the issues you are having.
