cannot acces french government websites. They are flagged as security risks.
It is very annoying to not be able to have acces to my scholarship, my accommodation, or just my whole student services in general even if they are websites from the french government. I cannot bypass the mozilla security risk warning so I'm asking for some help here. the website is https://messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr/
it would be a great update to be able to go past the warnings in the future, being unable to do so forces users to switch of browser, especially when you cannot have acces to such websites which are essential for students

Did you read the error message?
Nightly is warning you about this site because the certificate provided for messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr has been revoked and isn’t trusted anymore. What can you do about it? Probably nothing, since it’s likely there’s a problem with the site itself. You can check with the website owner to see if they are working on the problem. Error Code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE Peer’s Certificate has been revoked.
Yes, rules that can't be bypassed are agreed upon by the relevant standards groups and while technically the site would work, there are no exceptions to similar violations allowed (along with Strict Transport policies and similar).
I don't know why these were revoked, might have been a security breach on their side, but the error message gives the best option: contact the site operator as to why, and what are they doing about it.
SSL Scan grade "F" fail:
(I however genuinely don't see any revocations on their Greek provider cert chain, it appears to be valid. Somebody with better insight into webPKI/CRL would have to chime in here.)
So it appears on the issuer revocation list:
Either the site operator or the issuer had it revoked for misuse or compromise. They should however deploy a replacement in such case. 🤷

Firefox may warn you right away unlike with Chrome/Chromium browsers not saying anything about the certificate issues for a week.
