"Recent changes in how some corporate web sites react to FireFox such as not show the header menues and other function reduction in the last three weeks. YET Chrome and google still function like normal. Is this an attack on Linux supported browsers? " I contacted United Health Care (UHC) regarding their menu disappearance and treated it like error on my end until I discussed doing their recommend fixes and the only ones that worked are going to other Google or Micro-Soft supported browsers. FireFox was working fine until three weeks ago. What's up, is it FireFox or UHC?

I'm aware that Firefox VPN comes with a 50 GB/month data limit. Having used it recently, I'm not finding anything that indicates how much data I have left for the month, and I haven't found anything pertaining to this under Settings or the FAQ.

So I just upgraded my pc and it bricked my windows and to reinstall, I forgot to save the Firefox data before doing so because I thought it wouldn't cause any issue, well, now all my bookmarks etc. are gone and I'm wondering if there is some sort of backup somewhere saved by Mozilla in the cloud.

Trying to watch a video on Nebula and it will not load. Receiving the following errors:

Just made a new profile and wiped everything from my history following another issue which isn't strictly speaking resolved. I am unable to load image-dense websites with any consistency. Issues do not occur on other browsers. I receive similar errors on Twitch:

After last mac update i have not been able to get onto my Farmille2 game ive been using firefox on my macbook air no matter what I have tried hasn't worked going directly to zynga just brings up chrome info which doesnt work can you please help ?

Recent builds have changed the way that the user can direct queries to the various search engines that can be added (i.e. eBay, Wikipedia, IMDB etc) - to a new configuration that is awkward and forces more clicks.

Here is the method that currently allows reverting to the previous approach :

in about:config

Set string "browser.search.widget.new: to false

... and to delay automatic deletion of engines set "browser.search.widget.removeAfterDaysUnused" to thousands

Posting this for increased visibility for folks encountering the issue and in the hopes that Mozilla will consider not degrading a well-performing interaction pattern

I open Firefox, my browser, then I type in the site I want to open. It opens fine, however, when I try to open another site I want to open nothing happens except a little dot in front of the requested site keeps going back and forth, but nothing opens. I then have to close the browser, re-open the browser and key in the site I want. WHY? What am I doing wrong. Please keep in mind that I am not a computer savvy person and don't understand much about them. I do know however that Firefox used to work on my computer before update 150 and 151 were downloaded without a hitch. I have tried everything I could think of to fix the problem without success. I am beyond frustrated and need this fixed.

I've suddenly had an issue crop up when trying to access Twitter on Firefox. I get an error message that says "Firefox’s Enhanced Tracking Protection (Strict Mode) is known to cause issues on x.com", but the problem is Im not using Strict Mode. I have standard protection on.

I have always accessed my LinkedIn account on Firefox. Suddenly today, my PW does not work, and my email address for PW reset does not return a PW reset link. Cleared cache without success. I can access LinkedIn on Chrome. Can you suggest what I have done to my Firefox to cause this? Thanks!

Firefox updated and all of my tabs I had open are gone. I used those for organizing and remembering things. There's no option to open recently closed windows. No history of the tabs as a group. What do I do?

Hi, My browser won't save the open tabs. I lost my tabs multiple times now, I don't even bother opening them back up now, but it's annoying. I have activated ( and disabled/enabled ) the setting to open previously open tabs on startup.

What can I do ? thanks

I have a few websites that are consistently unable to load or give out shortly after they do. The two websites I have the greatest issues with are kingarthurbaking.com and Pinterest. Both can load fine on other browers. I am running Windows 11 25H2.

Steps I have taken thus far that did not resolve: Clearing all cache and cookies Setting both "always block" and "always allow" cookies for the sites in question Disabling all extensions Running Firefox in troubleshooting mode Disabling hardware acceleration on Firefox and Windows Refreshing Firefox Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox Screwing around with network.http.max-connections (a hail mary suggestion from a 2011 article)

Clearing all browsing history will let Pinterest load, but I can't search or navigate from the main page without encountering another infinite load and I can't scroll down far before images stop loading. I'm not fond of clearing my entire browser history every time I want to load anything in Pinterest or on King Arthur. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

In my main profile, the one that I have been using for years, the "Home and Startup" part of my settings page shows the following:

Today, I went to about:profiles and created a new profile. This new profile offers different settings:

That's strange, isn't it? Why the difference? And how can get all the goodies of the new profile under my old profile?
