Home Mozilla Thunderbird (Not Responding) is all I see on the screen.

I have rebooted, reinstalled and still cannot get Thunderbird to start. I have not touched the C:/Users/.../AppData/Roaming/Thunderbird data (where I assume the problem is).

Please post a screen shot of the Thunderbird start page.
