Top bar/frame of Firefox window has disappeared

With the latest updates, my Firefox window has no way to minimize/resize/close the window. (There are also no tabs/bookmarks) I see nothing in the settings options that seems relevant.

Does pressing F11 make any difference?

What I did was close down Firefox and re-open it and the window frame reappeared. (So maybe not related to the updates?) I then couldn't find the question to update it or see your suggestion until I had time to look at my emails.

Try to press Fn + F11 simultaneously.
