When manually refreshing an account, new messages do not appear automatically; you must scroll down to see them.

This is a regression from a previous fix in a version of K9 from a few years ago I believe.

The best way to report a bug is by opening a Github issue at via the link below. https://github.com/thunderbird/thunderbird-android/issues

I'm not able to reproduce the issue.

Can you clarify the steps needed to reproduce this. Are you scrolling downward only slightly before the new email appears at the top of the message list? Do you have 'date' selected as the sort criteria, showing new emails first or another choice?

I can't seem to duplicate it now either. Must have been a weird edge condition or something.
