Having sporadic problems with email. Several institutions tell me they have send me emails that I have never received. Trying to find out what could be the source of my problems. So many things to go wrong.

Use Thunderbird as my email client. Have 2 email accounts: username@outlook.com, username@gmail.com. I use the outlook account as my address, but everything that account receives is supposed to be forwarded by Outlook.com to the GMail account. Been set up this way a long time and seems to have been working.

Institution email > username@outlook.com (web) > username@gmail.com (web) > username@gmail.com account on Thunderbird

Have no idea if the problem is Outlook.com (web), GMail.com, or Thunderbird? How can I straighten all this out?

Do you see the outlook-fowarded emails on the Gmail webmail site?
