You appear to be running the old Firefox 60.0 released back in 2018 and the web whatsapp site has recently made it so you need Firefox 115.0 or later to use it. You need to fix it on your end by updating Firefox.

https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/ *Firefox 140.5.0esr) https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-release/ (Firefox 145.0.1 Release) https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-release

Or if for some reason you cannot update your Firefox there is perhaps something you can try.

You can try to change your Firefox version number to fool the web whatsapp site as they are looking for Firefox 115.0 and newer.

  1. In a new tab, type or paste about:config (with a colon) in the location (address) bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
  2. In the search box in the page, type or paste forceVersion and pause while the list is filtered
  3. Double-click the network.http.useragent.forceVersion preference to display an editing field, and change the value to 115.0 or 128 or 140 then press Enter/Return or click the blue check mark button to save the change.
