
I am trying to preserve my POCKET data before it all goes away. Mozilla responded to my email requesting data but when I opened the link I got this message that "the provided token has expired : despite it being less than 24 hours. Plus a lot of other characters meaningless to me. What can I do now?

Yes, that is why I requested the data for download. Thank you for directing me to the POCKET support where I have posted this problem. In viewing other submissions to POCKET Support, I see I am not alone in this dilemma, a number of other users are receiving this gobbledygook stream of nonsense and asking for help. I hope POCKET support knows how to fix this before it's too late.
