Szanowni Państwo, korzystam z Thundrbird i przy migracji poczty z serwera Home na Nazwa "zniknęły" mi podkatalogi które miałam pod każdym z adresów email w programie pocztowym. Co mogę zrobić by te katalogi odzyskać. To bardo ważne, bo były tam niezwykle istotne informacje. Będę wdzięczna za pomoc. Z poważaniem Małgorzata Osior

I presume this is an IMAP account? My first suggestion is to highlight the account in the folder pane, rightclick, and select 'subscribe' to see if the folders are subscribed. If they are not listed, then check account settings>server settings and click the Advanced button to see if the account is set to only show subscribed folders.
