Please tell us which actions are slow and jittery?
Slow response in acknowledging that the email is read. If you select another email it can leave the email that you just read as unread. So it is sluggish.
When you delete an email. It can jump from one spot to another. I then have to scroll back to the other emails that should normally flow.
That is very annoying.
Ex: you are reading a message from a supplier. you decide to delete it. It can jump to another spot on the emails. Hope that this explains it.
If I could I would revert to the previous version. Worked much better.
Thanks
Thanks for the problem details.

There are two known bugs in this area. We shipped 115.2.3 today but they are not yet fixed there. We anticipate resolving with next week's 115.3.0 if all goes well with this weeks beta test which contains both fixes.
Thanks Wayne
Installed the fix and it is a big improvement.
It is reacting faster.
Thanks again
Hello Wayne
Installed the latest fix. It is better, but it is still jumping forward when I delete emails
Not almost every time like before. Which is an improvement
Thanks
Thanks Richard. We are getting closer.
115.4.0 will be out next week - it won't have improvements in this area. But today a developer indicated a next fix is in the works - so I am hopeful that it can be in 115.4.1 in two weeks.
Hello Wayne,
That bug is still there. Whenever I delete a message, Thunderbird jumps forward between 10 and 20 emails.
Need to scroll back and resume what I was doing.
When will that be fixed.
Or can you share with me the older, I will re-install that one.
There were no issues with that previous version
Thanks
Same problem, even with version 115.4.2 (64-bit).
Same problem here and one of my associates has the same problem as well.
Thanks for fixing it.
Works flawlessly now
Thanks again

If you updated to 115.4.3, that sounds about right. Thanks for the update.
